Air conditioner was making an awful noise when we first got checked in The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Would have given a 5 star review had we not had a terrible experience with the woman working at baileys lounge. She was extremely rude when we went down for happy hour drinks and the rudeness only worsened when we called down later and attempted to order room service.

We settled on microwave food from the lobby store rather than inconvenience this employee any further. Rather disappointing as all other staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We just needed a place to sleep and shower but still wanted an at least decent place to stay.

For the price you really couldn't ask for more, clean room and the staff member was helpful, and everything seemed to be working properly; not much else to look for in a moderately cheap hotel. Would recommend especially if on a budget. We really love the hotel. The rooms are fabulous they are large and very clean. They have a lovely indoor swimming pool and spa.

They also have a small refrigerator and microwave and free coffee. They also have a workout room They have a really nice restaurant that's open in the evening with live entertainment. They also have a really nice breakfast buffet. We really love the place. Everyone going through Grand Junction should stay here.
