I don't remember but there is a possibility that I've rebooted my computer without the network card. Now, my card seems to have disappeared and I have no more Internet connection. When I try to open all devices, the network card doesn't show anymore. I have to ask to show hidden devices and only then it shows. It doesn't show any problem and it won't find any new driver because it tells me it's the best one I have.

It's also impossible to uninstall it because it says maybe my computer needs it to boot. I have tried finding a driver over the net but the one I've found doesn't seem to do anything. I have an old card that came with my old computer in There was no CD with the card. On there website, SMC says the last update on the driver dates from I have downloaded it but I don't know what to do with it.

I have used my card with XP for years with no problem!!! Please help or I will have to replace a perfectly good card with a new one to access the net again.
